Joel’s Kitchen Challenge Terms for Creators

Purpose:
Challenges were introduced on Joel’s Kitchen with the intention of bringing joy, fostering community engagement, and offering a valuable tool for businesses to discover talented creators. So, unleash your creativity. Sponsors won’t burden you with lengthy instructions. We encourage you to express your genuine and authentic selves. Should a Sponsor admire your posts and desire a deeper connection, Collaborations are the next step. Engage in one-on-one collaborations and get compensated for creating content for your favorite brands. Always share only your original content. Additionally, feel free to contribute your ideas for Challenges you’d like to see. We’re all part of a supportive community.

Joel’s Kitchen App:
To participate, you need to be a registered user of Joel’s Kitchen. To register, just download Joel’s Kitchen from the Apple iTunes Store.

Challenge Period:
The Challenge commences upon its posting on Joel’s Kitchen and concludes upon its removal (referred to as the “Challenge Period”).

Prizes:
The prizes for all Challenges will be showcased on Joel’s Kitchen app, including the respective amounts for everyone to view. Moreover, sponsored events associated with Challenges will feature displayed prizes at the event, with amounts visible to all participants.

Sponsor:
The sponsor for each Challenge is identified on Joel’s Kitchen within the sponsored Challenges section.

Eligibility:
The Challenge is open to any United States resident aged 21 years or over. The Challenge is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any other media properties. You are providing your information to Joel’s Kitchen and the Sponsor. The following individuals are not eligible to win the Challenge: (a) employees of (i) Sponsor or its related companies, (ii) Joel’s Kitchen, (iii) Sponsor’s vendors, and (iii) suppliers, importers, wholesalers, distributors and retailers and, in each case, any of its or their respective affiliates, printers, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies or any other company or individual involved in the creation, development, or implementation of the Challenge; and (b) any members of their immediate families (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) or households (people who share the same residence at least three (3) months out of the year). Entries for the Challenge must be received prior to the expiration of the Challenge Period. This Challenge is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited by law. By submitting an entry, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations that govern the Challenge.
